Dr. Krishnadasan CK has about 38 years of expertise in the ISRO launch vehicle program (1984-2022), dedicated to steering the project activities on the design, implementation and qualification of LV systems. He Joined in the PSLV core-team (Dy. Project Director), with crucial role in project development. Estimation of structural design loads, generating structural specification documents, induction of new structures (design & qualification test), dynamic characterization, ETL, facilitating flight readiness reviews and post-flight analysis. He spearheaded numerous new projects viz. designing and analysing FRP structures, pressure vessels, liquid propellant tanks, solid motor cases, quasi-steady analysis of gyro-deck, Li-ion cell cases/super capacitor shells. As Group Director of the Solid Propulsion Motor Group, his team achieved significant milestones, including the design and development of SSLV motors/nozzles and the realization of new set of high burn-rate motors for Human-Space program. He chaired R&D projects of the Solid Propulsion Entity. During his tenure as Deputy Director of VSSC for the Structural Engineering Entity, he steered designs, dynamics and tests on SSLV, LVM3, GaganYaan systems, RLV landing experiment and new Structural Test Laboratory and Development projects. He was the Chairman of Design Review/Flight Readiness/post flight analysis team for all flights of PSLV, GSLV and LVM3 (2019-22), ensuring mission success and safety. His contributions for the induction of new structures and PSOM XL in PSLV are to be specially mentioned. Also, he demonstrated a segmented-composite-motor, paving the way for advancements in large volume pressure vessels. His joint activity with NIT Trichy to develop AA6061 thin liner for helium gas bottle is another achievement to his credit.

Dr. Jeenu R has over 35 years of experience in rocket combustion and propulsion. He pioneered the development of numerous mathematical models and computational codes for propellant combustion, propulsion, rocket designs, and performance analysis. Additionally, he holds patents for developing measurement systems and test instruments for combustion modelling and performance prediction of rockets. With over 50 publications to his name, including two textbooks on rocket propulsion and combustion published by Springer, Dr. Jeenu R has received several awards for his outstanding contributions to solid propulsion technology. After nearly three decades of service, Dr. Jeenu R retired from the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) of the Indian Space Research Organisation in 2022, where he served as the director of the Solid Propellant Combustion and Propulsion Research Group.

Dr. Radhakrishnan T.V. is a renowned expert in thermal management for electronic packages and the design of thermal protection systems for rocket launch vehicles. With over 34 years of experience in aerospace and thermal engineering, he has been instrumental in designing and implementing thermal protection systems and thermal instruments for most of the launch vehicles and testing facilities at the Indian Space Research Organization. Dr. Radhakrishnan has developed numerous mathematical models and computer codes for accurately estimating thermal radiation from rocket exhaust plumes and hot structures. He obtained his master's and doctorate degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and has a significant publication record in his field. Notably, he was honored with the ISRO team award for his contributions to the Mars Orbiter Mission in 2013. In 2022, Dr. Radhakrishnan retired from ISRO, where he served as the Head of Quality Division overseeing composite structures for rocket vehicles and satellites.

Mr. Sunil Kumar G. is an expert in metallic sandwich structures and has over 35 years of experience in designing and realizing primary and secondary metallic sandwich structures for aerospace applications. He possesses first-hand experience in designing and developing the moon impact probe structure for India's prestigious moon mission, Chandrayan-1, as well as payload adapters, including multiple satellite adapters, and energy absorbers for satellite launch vehicles. He has more than 20 papers and a patent for developing the energy absorption cartridge for satellites to his credit. Mr. Sunil Kumar retired from the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) of the Indian Space Research Organisation in 2022. During his tenure, he served as the head of the Honeycomb Product Development Division.
